01

What is an Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)?

An SPV is a separate legal entity (Limited Liability Company) created specifically to own a single solar asset. This ensures that even if other projects face issues, your specific investment is legally isolated and protected from cross-liabilities.

02

How is my project capital secured during construction?

Funds are held in a ring-fenced Escrow account with a tier-1 banking partner. Disbursement only happens when an independent quality-assurance engineer signs off on three critical milestones: equipment landing, structural completion, and grid-synchronization.

03

What happens if a solar panel breaks?

We maintain a comprehensive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract that includes 24/7 IoT monitoring and all-risk insurance. The 5% O&M fee covers proactive cleaning, component replacement, and localized technical response teams.

04

Can I sell my kWp units to someone else?

Yes. Our platform includes a Secondary Market portal where you can list your digital solar units for sale. Once a buyer is matched, the SPV share registry is automatically updated, and the sales proceeds are deposited into your wallet.
